Other Significant
involvement

In addition to my primary outreach activities, I have participated in a variety of other organizations and programs that have enriched my Clemson experience and helped me develop leadership, professional, and collaborative skills. These experiences include roles such as President’s Office Intern, Freshman Council member, and involvement with the Consulting Consortium, among others. Each opportunity has allowed me to engage with different communities on campus, contribute meaningfully to initiatives, and broaden my personal and professional growth.
President's Office Intern

As a Student Assistant in the Office of the President at Clemson University, I provide VIP tours for distinguished guests and respond to inquiries from university departments and external parties. In this role, I assist event coordinators in planning and executing university events involving the President and First Lady, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail. I professionally welcome visitors, including university officials, board members, and special guests, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the university’s values and standards. This experience has strengthened my communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills while providing a unique perspective on university operations and leadership.
Clemson Consulting Consortium

As a member of the Clemson Consulting Consortium, I learned how to apply a multi-disciplinary approach to real-world business challenges, providing recommendations in areas such as software management, growth strategy, research, and client communication. I collaborate with established consulting firms, including Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and PWC, to develop proposals and present solutions to clients such as Milliken (Ovik Health) and Marshall Orthodontics. This experience has strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills while allowing me to gain hands-on exposure to consulting practices and client engagement.
Freshman Council
As a member of Clemson University’s Freshman Council, I initially participated as a first-year student, gaining mentorship and guidance that helped me navigate campus life, get involved in organizations, and build a foundation for leadership. This experience provided me with valuable insights into student resources and opportunities, shaping my engagement with the Clemson community. Now, as a mentor for incoming freshmen, I support and guide new students by sharing my experiences, offering advice, and helping them connect with resources and organizations on campus. Serving in this dual capacity has strengthened my leadership, communication, and mentorship skills while allowing me to contribute to the success and growth of the next generation of Clemson students.
Wall Street Investment Club
As a member of the Wall Street South Investment Club at Clemson University, I gain hands-on experience in trading securities and managing an investment portfolio through a comprehensive global portfolio simulation. The simulation includes stocks, bonds, mutual funds, options, futures, and international securities, allowing student members to develop practical investment strategies. Each semester, I manage a hypothetical brokerage account with $100,000 in virtual funds, applying analytical and decision-making skills to optimize portfolio performance. This experience has strengthened my financial analysis, critical thinking, and risk management abilities while providing valuable insight into real-world investment practices.
